We are proud to introduce our brand new ‘no quibble' warranty scheme. We've taken our existing warranty and simplified it for our customers and put a no quibble promise in place. We believe in our products and don't want to make huge claims without backing them up. So if you buy any of our products you'll be sure to know that if anything goes wrong we'll be there for you, to support you and solve the problem hassle and hopefully cost free.

We've even extended the warranty to our 316 stainless steel adaptors and cowls when purchased as a kit with the liner, so it's not just the flue covered it's the full system! You can be assured that we've got you covered, so you can assure your customers have complete piece of mind.
